Tim Shelton was born in Lancaster, Ohio on December 16, 1963
to Stuart and Phyllis Shelton. He was one of seven children. Tim
was preceded in death by his Father Stuart Shelton, his brother
Greg Shelton and daughter Ashley Shelton Reed.
Tim loved the excitement and opportunity to meet people that the
car sales career offered. He traveled all over the United States.
Tim would meet people here in Huntsville or Decatur that
mentioned cities that they were from in other states and Tim
would rattle off, " Oh I know where that street is. Have you been
to "so and so" restaurant? Their steak was amazing!" Or he would
say something about the scenery. He had a brilliant memory! He
could recite so many New Testament and Old Testament verses
from the Bible. But even more amazing was Tim's heart. He was
ALWAYS there for his family.
He is survived by his Mother Phyllis Shelton, daughter Laura
Ballard (Adam), son Grayson Long, sister Lezlie Lanza ( Vince) ,
Steve Shelton ( Elizabeth) ,
George Shelton, David Shelton ( Cindy), Daniel Shelton ( Amy) ,
Grandchildren ; Ashton Shelton, Judson Reed, Mya Reed, Lucas
Lee, Ayla Ballard, and Maci Ballard. He was also a wonderful
uncle to many great nieces and nephews.
Timothy Paul Shelton went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on
September 16, 2022. He was 58 years old.
