She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Wear. Also preceding her in death were her parents, Tom and Lorna Bedingfield, two sisters, Patty Ezell and Betty "Sissy" Williams and one brother, Bobby Bedingfield.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Suzanne Wear Stephenson and son-in-law Gregory Keith Stephenson, two grandchildren William Wear Stephenson and Isabella Grace Stephenson. She is also survived by one sister Dorothy "Dickie" Hood and one brother-in-law Pettey Ezell. She had several nieces and nephews and cousins.
Tiny was a native of Lauderdale County and graduated from Lauderdale County High School in 1947. She went to work immediately following high school at Reynolds Metals in the Accounting Department. She retired after twenty five years of service, leaving the position to care for her beloved family. During this time, she loved to garden and sew, spend time with her extended family and take care of her new daughter. She also enjoyed spending time and talking with her friends. She lost her husband Ralph in a car accident in 1990. After the birth of her beloved grandson William she was devoted to helping raise and spoiling him. A few years later a wonderful granddaughter, Isabella, was born. She had two grandchildren to devote her time to. She really enjoyed spending time with them on the river. When not with her grandchildren she was traveling. Traveling was her passion. She traveled to many different places, often taking William with her. Petty F. Ezell will be officiating the service and Kim Williams, one of her nieces, will be reading a poem.
Pallbearers will be Clyde Snoddy, Duke Williams, Bill Rusk, Danny Ferguson, Jerry Bedingfield and Keith Moore. Honorary pallbearers will be Chip Ezell, Pete McLemore and William Stephenson
Love and appreciation goes to Pete and Genell McLemore, her family and neighbor of 40 plus years, for the love and care they have shown Tiny and her family before and during her time of sickness.
Special thanks go to Regency Manor Assisted Living for giving her exceptional care during her two wonderful years there. Also, thanks to Wire Grass Hospice, Dr Cunningham, Tracy Rideout and Tracy Sparks for the short time she was in their care. A very special thanks to Teresa and Jerry Smith for making Tiny''s last days comfortable and pleasant in there home.
