Travis W. "Festus" Jordan, 59, of Florence, passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at ECM Hospital.
The graveside service, with military honors, will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Corinth National Cemetery, Corinth, MS
Travis was a Vietnam-era Veteran of the U.S. Army. Following his retirement from TVA, he enjoyed his work and made many friends at McDonalds on Cloverdale Road. He was a Past Master of Masonic Lodge # 147 and was a member of Cahaba Temple. He loved Auburn football.
Travis is survived by a son, Eli Jordan, Atlanta, GA; a daughter, Ellen Jordan, Israel; grandson, Elijah Mitchell Jordan; brothers, J.C. "Little Red" Jordan, Gulf Shores, William "Bill" Jordan, Killen, and W.C. "Buddy Red" Jordan and wife Casondra, Florence.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lois Jordan and father, W.C. "Red" Jordan.
