Funeral for Twillie Mason Hill, 90, of Decatur will be Monday, August 30, 2010, at 2 p.m. at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home with the Rev. Eric Brown officiating. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from noon until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hill died peacefully at her home on Saturday, August 28, 2010, after a short battle with cancer. Her loving family was by her side. She was born January 12, 2010, in Falkville to the late Willie B. Mason and Sallie Hendrix Mason. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Trenton C. "T.C." Hill; her stepfather, Prince E. "Buster" Burns; brother, Rhuel Mason; and sister, Peggy Harris.
Survivors include one daughter, Bowery Hill Montgomery and her husband, John, of Decatur; and three brothers, Edward Burns of Fort Worth, Texas, John Burns of Logan and Curley Burns of Hartselle.
