Vernice Mae Hice's Obituary
Vernice M. Hice, 60, of Lexington passed away peacefully Sunday, December 1, 2013, at Mitchell-Hollingsworth.
A graveside service will be Tuesday, December 3, 2013, 2PM at Butler Cemetery with Bro. Randy Carter officiating. Elkins East Chapel is assisting the family.
Ms. Hice was preceded in death by her parents Jimmy F. Hice and Nada J. Hice; brother, Sidney J. (Pee-Wee) Hice.
Ms. Hice is survived by her sister Linda M. Patton; three brothers, Dale Hice (Peggy), Ray D. Hice (Janie), and Willard Hice (Lynn); special nephew Chris Hice and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to give special thanks to all the health care workers for the special care they gave to Vernice at Mitchell-Hollingsworth.
