Funeral for Vickie Jackson Ferguson, 55, of Moulton will be Wednesday, February 29, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Elliott Funeral Home with Sister Linda Smith and Bro. Willard Clark officiating. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from noon until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Ferguson, who died Monday, February 27, 2012, was born July 2, 1956, in Franklin County to Billy and Marie Jackson. She was a kidney transplant patient and had been on dialysis for 22 years and had always been surrounded by friends and family who loved her. She always had a smile and her religious beliefs were a very big part of her life up to the very end.
Survivors include her parents, Billy and Marie Jackson; one daughter, April Marie Ferguson; one granddaughter, Mallorie Faith Ferguson; two brothers, Jerry W. Jackson, all of Moulton, Chris Jackson (Becca) of Hatton; and two sisters, Mary Sparks and Deborah Latham (Farrell), both of Moulton.
Pallbearers are Adam Proctor, Josh Jackson, Cody Jackson, Logan Jackson, Kody Nelson and Lance Alexander.
