Virginia B. Penney 98, of Decatur, Alabama passed away on August 2, 2022. Her Visitation will be on Saturday August 6, 2022 at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. The service will follow in the chapel with Rev. Jack Bailey officiating, the burial will be at Decatur city cemetery.

Mrs. Penney was born on September 10, 1923 in Morgan County Alabama to Ernest T, Branum and Virginia B. Mangrum both deceased. she is preceded in death by her husband John Penney.

She is survived by Three sons Charles Penney (Dian), Jimmy Penney (Debbie), Robert Penney (Paula). Six grandchildren  Beth Wauford, Michael Penney, Jennifer Penney, Julie Reeves, Heather Hipps, Clint Fowler.
