Mrs. Virginia Rose Robinson, age 87 of Savannah, passed away on December 11, 2025. Visitation will be held at the Elkins Funeral Home in Florence on December 15, 2025 beginning at 12:00pm, with services beginning at 1:00pm. Burial will be held at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens immediately following the service.
Mrs. Robinson was a helpful and kind woman with a generous, warming heart. She was a believer in Christ. Her family meant the world to her and she loved them from the bottom of her heart.
She was very adventurous and loved to travel. She thoroughly enjoyed playing bingo and playing word finds. Most notably, she was well-dressed and would not go anywhere without being dressed to impress. Her favorite snack was bon-bons.
Mrs. Robinson is survived by her daughters, Laura Quinn, Rose Barbian, Mary Luther, and Lynette White; grandchildren, Melissa, Mason, Melinda, Sarah, Keith, Ryan, Amanda, Andrew, Gary Jr., Danielle, and Jeff; great-grandchildren, Brayden, Easton, Brody, Ella, Zoey, Dakota, Julian, Hunter, Brooklyn, Hudson, Ansley, Berkley, Faith, Leah, Connor, Presley, Hadley, Cutler; siblings, Theresa, Mary Ann, Gloria, Victor, Clarence, and Elaine; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Leon Robinson; parents, John and Katherine Mitzel; and siblings, Roger, Sonny, Luella, and Larry.
