Donas Wendell Emerson, 84, of Decatur passed away January 14, 2025 in Decatur.

His visitation will be on Monday from 3:30 PM until 5:30 with a service to follow in the chapel at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral

He was born in rural Marion County, AL. He is preceded in death by one brother Darce and four sisters, Ruby, Ruble, Willodean and Jean.

He graduated from Northwest Alabama Trade School in Hamilton, AL, in 1970, with a Barber Degree.  He worked as a Barber until 2024, starting at Health Spa Salon, Hairs to you, and West Town Salon.

He is survived by a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
