William Kenneth Adomyetz, age 66 of Killen, died May 13, 2025, at Vanderbilt Medical Center.
Kenny was a Christian. He knew the Lord was always with him during his illness. He is now in heaven with his Heavenly Father. He was a member of Killen Methodist Church.
He is survived by his loving wife Wanda Adomyetz of 44 years; a daughter Michelle Hannah (Chris), grandchildren, Ashlyn, Hayden, Brody, Emma, Evelyn, Amelia, Cole and another precious one on the way; a son Ben Adomyetz (Kaiti) grandchildren, Khloe, Kylee, Kendall, and Noah; a sister, Gail Adomyetz; and several cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John (Bill) and Nell Adomyetz, and one grandson Landon Hannah.
Kenny retired from Rogers Group in 2023 following 38 years of service as North Alabama Construction Manager. There he made deep and everlasting friendships.
He took the role of patriarch of his family very seriously. He leaves behind for his family and friends a legacy of high morality, honesty, and respectability.
Visitation will be at the Killen Methodist Church Monday, May 19,2025 from 1:00-3:00 with funeral immediately following at 3:00. The burial will be in Killen Cemetery. Officiating will be Ben Adomyetz and Bro. Bryan McIntyre. Elkins Funeral Home directing.
Pallbearers will be friends and family. Honorary pallbearers will be the Open Door Sunday School Class.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Killen Methodist Church Food Pantry or the charity of your choice.
