William Fred "Billy" Mitchell, 79, of Rogersville died Wednesday, December 14, 2011, at his residence. Visitation will be Saturday, December 17, 2011, at Elkins East Chapel from 12-2PM. Funeral services will follow at 2PM in the Chapel with Derrell Peck and Matt Burns officiating. Burial will be at Butler Cemetery. Mr. Mitchell is survived by his sister, Betty Peck; brother, Don Mitchell (Freda); several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Derrell Peck, Drew Peck, Chase Passafiume, Matt Burns, Layne Thompson, and David Passafiume.
