Glenn, Robert Moulton
Graveside service for Robert Glenn, 92, of Moulton will be today, July 18, 2009, at 1 p.m. at Moulton Memory Gardens with the Rev. Neil Carter officiating and Elliott Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be today from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Glenn, who died Wednesday, July 15, 2009, in Athens, was born Feb. 2, 1917, in Lawrence County to Paul Jack Glenn and Fannie Glenn. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. He was a World War II veteran. He was retired from Thompson Tractor Co. and was a retired farmer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle Glenn and a son, Jim Glenn. Survivors include his son, Tommy Glenn and wife, Marie; one brother, Charles Ray Glenn and wife, Mary; two sisters, Josephine Danner and Mary Louise Phillips; two grandchildren, Cindy Henson & Tag Glenn; and four great-grandchildren, Caleb and Bailey Henson, Jacob & Joshua Glenn.
