Funeral for William G. "Geno" Ledlow, 45, of Decatur will be Tuesday, May 8, 2007, at 1 p.m. at Ridout''s Brown-Service Funeral Home with the Rev. Barry Sempsrott officiating. Burial will be in Dancy Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home. Mr. Ledlow, who died Saturday, May 5, 2007, at his residence, was born Feb. 7, 1962 in Decatur. He retired from the City of Decatur Sanitation Department. He was an amateur wrestler. He was a devoted family man and loved all seven of his children. He is survived by his wife, Debra Lynn Ledlow; four sons, Shane Ledlow, Cody Ledlow, Jessie Ledlow and John Ledlow; three daughters, Christy Ledlow, April Ledlow and Jessica Hunt; his father, J.E. Ledlow; three brothers, Dusty Ledlow, Grady Ledlow and Chris Ledlow; three sisters, Jacklin Ledlow, Terry Knighten and April Lee Ledlow; and two grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Tim Mitchell, Kenny Odell, Jimmy Pitt, Danny Morgan, Jeff Solway, Shawn Thompson, Chuck Dotson, Dave Mitchell and James Hulsey.
