William "Paul" Wylie age 82 of Florence passed away on Monday January 13, 2014. A private graveside service will be at 11am on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at Tri Cities Memorial Gardens with Brother Henry Melton officiating. Elkins Funeral Home of Florence is assisting the family.

Paul was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Mary Carolyn Wylie. His brother, Carl Wylie and his parents John Wesley and Linnie Wylie.

He is survived by his children, Terry Wylie (Suzanna) and Paula McKinney (David). His grandchildren, Andrew Wylie (Nao) of Collierville, TN, Adam Wylie of Pelham, AL, Heather Wylie, Olivia Ikerd (Brandon), Michael McKinney (Tricia) of Florence. His great-grandchildren, Emma Wylie, John Michael Wylie, Lauren Dooley, Chase Dooley, Maddie McKinney, and Lillie McKinney. And a number of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Wylie founded Tee Jays Manufacturing in 1976. He loved and respected all the people he worked with throughout the years.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and family.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Elder Care, Dee the administrator and nurses, Janis, Katherine, Betty, Jennifer, Nancy, and Catherine. Also, Debra of Hospice of Tennessee Valley and Dr. Lyman Mitchell.
