Willie T. Mitchell, 100, of Rogersville died Tuesday, May 15, 2012, at her residence. The family will receive friends Friday, May 18, 2012, from 12-1 PM at Elkins East Chapel. The family will have a private graveside service. Mrs. Mitchell was preceded in death by her husband Thomas J. Mitchell and a granddaughter Robin Shelton McCafferty. She was of the Primitive Baptist Faith. Mrs. Mitchell is survived by her daughter Mary Shelton; two sons Milton Mitchell (Bobbye) and Ronald Mitchell (JoAnn); eight grandchildren; and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
