Graveside service for Wilson Jerone Stewart, 64, of Athens will be Saturday March 19, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at Decatur City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home.
He was an avid fisherman, hunter and former business owner. He was born April 1, 1951 to Horace Wilson and Rannie Augusta (Gussie) Stewart. Stewart died March 15, 2016. He graduated from Decatur High School in 1969.
He is survived by his sisters; Faye Glover, Judith McClellan, Gail Darnell and Kathy Counts (Larry) and many friends and acquaintenances.
Pallbearers will be Michael Schreck, Melvin Norwood, Larry Counts, Greg Scott, Tim McCarley and Louie Ellis. Honorary pallbearers will be Don Stephenson and Jimmy Bentley.
